AEM pioneered the Cold Air induction system for sport compact cars in 1994. Cooler air brings more oxygen to the engine causing a more intense explosion in the combustion chamber creating more horsepower and torque. All AEM intake systems are dyno tested and proven to create more usable power than any other system of it's kind.

Also included with the cold air intake system is AEM's lifetime Dryflow Synthetic Cold Air air filter, proven 99.4% efficient in fine dust testing. The Dryflow Cold Air filter will filter out dirt as small as one micron, and never needs filter oil. The cleaner the engine, the better the performance.
